Fall is a beautiful time of year. But along with colorful leaves, pumpkin flavored treats and apple picking, this is a season for nasty allergies. As temps cool and plants dry out, the winds pick up—and suddenly your pooch is up to his ears in allergens.

Irritants like pollen, grasses, weeds, dust and dust mites can quickly lead to skin and coat issues. So if you see your pal scratching, itching his ears or biting his paws—there’s a good chance seasonal allergens are the culprit. And if left unmanaged, they can lead to chronic itching, hot spots and hair loss.
